Transak is a leading player in the web3 world, offering seamless crypto on-ramping and off-ramping solutions. We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to join our dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership of Sales & Revenue: Take full ownership of sales and net revenue, including the establishment of short-term and long-term revenue targets.
  2. Revenue Projections: Create accurate sales forecasts that align with the company's goals, closely tied to the responsibility of owning sales and revenue.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, as well as the account management team. Set clear team targets based on net revenue goals and individual capabilities.
  4. Operational Heavy-lifting: Be heavily operationally involved in sales, actively solving day-to-day blockers faced by the sales team across various internal departments.
  5. Process Optimization: Establish and optimize sales processes across departments to maximize efficiency and scalability.
  6. Inter-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Product, Compliance, Engineering, and Legal departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
  7. Reporting and Data Ownership: Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales and revenue metrics. Own and manage all sales-related data.
  8. Account Management: Oversee and manage reporting and relations with different partners who have gone live.
  9. Client Relations: Be actively involved in conversations and negotiations with big clients to secure lucrative deals.


  • Experience: At least 10 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in managing a sales team of 5 or more people.
  • Industry Knowledge: A must-have understanding of the web3 world.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards common goals.
  • Operational Skills: Should be operationally strong and capable of resolving blockers for the sales team.
  • Individual Contributor: Must have experience in sales as an individual contributor, getting their hands dirty in the early stages of their career.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to perform data-driven decision-making.
