Sales Integration Engineer

Transak aims is to onboard new users to the world of crypto and web3. We are a developer toolkit that enables our partners to buy crypto directly inside their apps using cards, bank transfer, and other fiat payment methods.

Transak has been integrated by by Metamask, Decentraland, Maiar, and over 100 other applications. Our partners rely on us to help them onboard their users to crypto.

In this role, you will work with the sales team as a Sales Engineer to help our partners integrate Transak into their application. You will help existing and prospective customers understand the capabilities Transak offers. You will be there to answer their technical questions and explain how they can customise Transak’s UI widget to best serve their use case.

Our sales team will rely on you to help our partners deploy in production their Transak integration. As part of this process you will demo the product and be there to answer any technical question.

As a sales engineer, you are the main technical point of contact for our partners and you will work closely with product to convey the needs of our partners and surface any issues they may face. You will be adept at communicating the urgency and impact of these issues or features our partners request.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Be transak’s point of contract for the customer’s technical team
  • Coordination between client’s business, technical and Transak’s business, technical & design team
  • Provide detailed API explanation and Sandbox / Live business portal’s demonstrations to the client’s teams.
  • Daily coordination with multiple teams on the client’s and Transak’s end to facilitate seamless integration and testing
  • Supervise the testing on different platforms, QA, UAT and sign off the client’s API's integration experience and

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics
  • Experience in REST API development & tools such as Postman
  • Experience working with JavaScript & ReactJS
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with other teams (external or internal) on online or offline mode
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing effective documentation
  • Experience in a customer facing role or willingness to be customer facing.
  • Interest in crypto and blockchain and blockchain applications
  • Financial services experience is a plus
