As the backbone for platforms like MetaMask and trusted by top-tier VCs, we are expanding rapidly. To support this growth, we’re hiring a full-time Office and Partnerships Operations Manager in our Miami office to build strategic partnerships initiatives and directly support our CEO in executing high-impact operational tasks.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role opportunity blending partnership operations with executive operational support. You will help manage due diligence, onboarding, and compliance processes for strategic partners in banking, payments and crypto, while also working closely and in-person with Transak’s CEO on high-priority workflows.

You’ll play a central role in connecting external partners with Transak’s partnerships, product management, legal, and compliance teams, ensuring our partnerships launch smoothly and our internal operations remain sharp, fast, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage onboarding, KYBs, and due diligence workflows with banks, payments partners, and strategic partners

  • Support the CEO directly with operational execution, including legal documentation, filings, paperwork, and timely follow-ups

  • Facilitate internal alignment across legal, compliance, finance, and product teams for partner integration

  • Manage and maintain Transak’s internal knowledge repository, including company entity data, product documentation, and compliance resources

  • Lead cross-functional project delivery, ensuring timely execution and proactive coordination

  • Handle logistical and administrative tasks, such as scanning/sending physical mail, notarization, and managing records

  • Assist with legal and regulatory obligations, providing operational support and ensuring documentation is audit-ready

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and accountable with strong project management skills

  • Experienced in legal, compliance, or partnership operations, especially within fintech or crypto environments

  • Discreet and professional, capable of handling sensitive documents and working closely with executive leadership

  • Resourceful and ambitious, eager to grow into increased responsibility

  • Effective communicator, able to synthesize and streamline processes across departments and partners

  • Miami-based, available to work from our Wynwood office and regularly support the CEO in person

  • Nice to have: Notary experience or interest in certification (covered by Transak)
